By accessing and using our website located at www.lettreaube.com (the "Site") and purchasing our products, including pens, notebooks, folders, and binders (collectively, the "Products"), you agree to be bound by the following Terms of Service ("Terms"). Please read these Terms carefully before using our Site. If you do not agree to all of these Terms, you must not access or use the Site.

This agreement is a legal contract between you, the user ("you" or "Customer"), and LettreAube ("we," "us," or "our"). It governs your use of the Site and all associated services, including browsing, purchasing Products, and accessing content.

  • Account Accuracy: You are responsible for providing accurate and complete information during the checkout process, including shipping and billing details.
  • Prohibited Conduct: You agree not to misuse the Site. Prohibited activities include, but are not limited to: attempting to interfere with the Site's security or operation, using any automated system to extract data, and engaging in any fraudulent activity.
  • Order Acceptance: All orders are subject to acceptance and product availability. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason, including errors in product description, pricing, or availability.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, LettreAube shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, or use, arising out of or in any way connected with your use of the Site or Products, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.

Our total cumulative liability to you for all claims arising from or related to the Site or these Terms shall not exceed the total amount you paid to LettreAube for the specific Product(s) giving rise to the claim in the twelve (12) months prior to the event giving rise to liability.

The Site and Products are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied.

Intellectual Property Protection

All content on the Site, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, button icons, images, audio clips, digital downloads, data compilations, software, and the overall "look and feel" of the Site, is the exclusive property of LettreAube or its content suppliers and is protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

The "LettreAube" name and logo, and all related product and service names, design marks, and slogans are the trademarks or service marks of LettreAube. You are not permitted to use any of these marks without our prior written consent.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, or commercially exploit any material from the Site without express written authorization from LettreAube.

Refund & Return Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from LettreAube. If you are not satisfied, you may return eligible Products under the following conditions.

  • Eligibility: Items must be returned within 30 days of the original shipment date. The Product must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as when you received it.
  • Non-Returnable Items: Gift cards, final sale items (clearly marked as such), and personalized or customized Products are not eligible for return unless defective.
  • Return Process: To initiate a return, please contact our customer support team at [email protected] to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and instructions. Returns sent without an RMA may not be accepted.
  • Refunds: Upon receipt and inspection of the returned item, we will notify you of the status of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within a certain number of business days. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
  • Damaged or Defective Items: If you receive a damaged or defective Product, please contact us at [email protected] within 7 days of delivery. We will arrange for a replacement or refund.

Governing Law

These Terms of Service and any separate agreements whereby we provide you services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
