Eligibility for Refunds

To be eligible for a return and refund, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging. You must initiate the return process within 30 days of the delivery date.

  • Pens & Writing Instruments: Must be uninked and in sealed packaging.
  • Notebooks, Folders & Binders: Must be free of any marks, bends, or damage. Spiral-bound items must have intact bindings.

Non-Returnable Items

Certain items are non-returnable for hygiene and quality control reasons:

  • Personalized or monogrammed items.
  • Items marked as "Final Sale" or "Clearance."
  • Products that are damaged due to customer misuse.

Return Process

  1. Contact Us: To start a return, please email our support team at [email protected]. Include your order number and the reason for the return.
  2. Return Authorization: We will provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and detailed instructions on where to send your package.
  3. Ship Your Item: Please ship the item(s) to the address we provide, using a trackable shipping service. The customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong or defective item shipped).

Refund Timeline and Method

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • If approved, your refund will be processed automatically to your original method of payment.
  • Please allow up to 10 business days for the refund to appear in your account after processing, depending on your card issuer's policies.
  • Please note that original shipping fees are non-refundable.

Damaged or Incorrect Items
